Blogger and Fascism
Jandy has pointed out Blogger's new rule that we all must abide by, in which you must leave a comment with your google account only, thus making it difficult for non blogger people to leave comments. I hope this is merely a temporary bug from whatever changes blogger has made elsewhere, so for the time being I encourage any of you without blogger accounts to leave as many links in your comments as you want. Should you feel the need to leave ten separate links back to your blog, then I say go for it.

Thanks! It does seem to be affecting all Blogger blogs, and not just the one I was frustrated with the other day.
Unrelatedly, ooh, they are coming out with Pierrot le fou on DVD!? So excited. I went to see it in Houston, but I could really use another viewing before I decide what I think about it. It's so hard to get a Godard film in one sitting, especially with an audience that seems determined to laugh at the wrong parts. On the other hand, the opportunity to see Karina and Belmondo BIG and CLOSE-UP was incredible.
